A powdered chutney that goes amazingly well with Dosa, Idli and Rice and can be stored up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

A powdered chutney that goes amazingly well with Dosa, Idli and Rice and can be stored up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
Steps

Dry roast Chickpeas, Pigeon Peas, Black Gram, Green Gram, Sesame Seeds and Ground nut until lightly brown.

Dry roast Red chillies

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add salt.
- 4
Allow the mixture to cool. Grind to powder (I prefer the powder to be slightly grainy to give it some texture)
