  1. 3 TablespoonsChickpeas Split Black
  2. 3 Tablespoonspigeon peas Yellow
  3. 2 TablespoonsBlack Gram Split
  4. 2 TablespoonsSesame Seeds
  5. To TasteSalt
  6. 6Dried Red Cili
  7. 1 TablespoonGroundnut
  8. 0.5 Teaspoongreen gram Split

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast Chickpeas, Pigeon Peas, Black Gram, Green Gram, Sesame Seeds and Ground nut until lightly brown.

  2. 2

    Dry roast Red chillies

  3. 3

    Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add salt.

  4. 4

    Allow the mixture to cool. Grind to powder (I prefer the powder to be slightly grainy to give it some texture)
