WWell wanted to think wat to dodo if by chance your sauce got burnt ? Think no further..here is a quick yum pudding I'n nno time!

MMake the caramel sauce as needed or by mistake!

Take the dry ingredients in a bowl..add the little milk and mix well.beat in the eggs and beat with hand mixer for around 2 minutes.

Heat the remaining 4cups milk not boil. Now slowly add few spspoons of hot milk into mixture stirring constantly. Then add the mixture into the milk saucepan. Mix well and leave for 15minutes to set.

Now add the caramel and bring on stove and let it thicken and bubble. LetLet it cool now for 1 hour at temperature and later fridge gor at least 4 hours stirring in between.

Later fold in cold whipping cream or peaked up fresh cream and serve in any dessert style..icecream or sauce or just like that! Oh garnish with nuts of your choice.
