Take all the ingredients

Separate the egg white and yolk

Beat the egg white.

Beat it till it becomes fully fluffy.

Complete beating the egg white when it is thick and glued to the plate

Now deal with the egg yolk. add powdered sugar to the egg yolk and beat it well

Beat it till well combined

Add the vanilla essence

Now add the maida with a spoonfull of egg white to yolk mixture and mix it by the folding method

Now continue this folding technique for the remaining mixture and combine it well

Now pre heat the oven to 10 minutes @ 180 c.

Add almons and raisins to the folded mixture

Butter the tray with butter paper and butter

Pour the batter to the mould and bake it for 30 35 minutes till a tothpick inserted comes out good

Cake is ready
