Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround beef (chuck)
  2. 2 tbspButter or margarine
  3. 1 mediumOnion; chopped
  4. 1 cupBeef bouillon
  5. 1 1/2 tbspFlour
  6. 1 tbspKetchup
  7. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  8. 8 ozSour cream
  9. 1 lbRotini or wide egg noodles; cooked

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve bullion cube in 1 cup of boiling water.

  2. 2

    Brown ground chuck. Drain .

  3. 3

    In 10 or 12 inch skillet, sauté onions in 1 tablespoon butter. Remove onions and set aside.

  4. 4

    Add 1 tablespoon butter to skillet. Brown flour. Add ketchup, onions, and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. 5

    Add bouillon and ground beef; let thicken.

  6. 6

    When ready to serve, add sour cream to sauce and serve over hot cooked noodles.
