AA quick and very easy sponge moist cake flavoured by cardamom and mawa and finally topped with grounded assortted nuts!
Steps

Cream the butter and milkmaid.
- 2
Add the dry ingredients into it and keep on beating slowly.

Add the spices and mix well. Add the vanilla and crumbled mawa or khoya.

Make batter just a littke loose with milk and if required water.
- 5
Pour onto a greased square tin lined with parchment paper.
- 6
Spread well evenly and sprinkle the nuts and press gently.
- 7
Bake in a preheated ooven for 30-35 minutes or till golden brown
- 8
Serve with tea or coffee or with any saucsauce
