Ingredients

  • 60 gramsbutter
  • 200 gramsmilkmaid
  • 3/4 cupmaida
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsoda powder
  • 1 teaspooncardamon powder
  • teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/4 cupsugar powdered optiona
  • 1/2 cupmik
  • 60 gramsmawa .
  • 3 tablespoonscashews almonds pista , ,

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter and milkmaid.

  2. 2

    Add the dry ingredients into it and keep on beating slowly.

  3. 3

    Add the spices and mix well. Add the vanilla and crumbled mawa or khoya.

  4. 4

    Make batter just a littke loose with milk and if required water.

  5. 5

    Pour onto a greased square tin lined with parchment paper.

  6. 6

    Spread well evenly and sprinkle the nuts and press gently.

  7. 7

    Bake in a preheated ooven for 30-35 minutes or till golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve with tea or coffee or with any saucsauce
