This is a very easy to make cake and yet divine..it just melts in your mouth...I made two cakes using the below recipe(small one's)..and poured the sauce in between the two cakes and refrigerated it for sometime and then poured the rest of the sauce over the cakes... Ingredients

30 mins
6-serving
  • 1.5 CupsMilk
  • 100 GramsButter
  • 2.5 CupsOil
  • 0.5 CupCocoa Powder
  • 1 CupSelf Raising flour
  • 1Egg
  • 0.5 TeaspoonBaking soda
  • 1 CupSugar
  • 250 GramsMilk Chocolate
  • 0.5 CupCream

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven at 180 degrees 10 minutes before baking

  2. 2

    Heat milk, butter,cocoa powder and oil till the butter melts. Once the butter melts completely remove from the stove and let it cool

  3. 3

    Add self raising flour, baking soda, sugar & beaten egg to the cooled wet ingredients. Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Grease a baking tray with some butter and pour the above mixture and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes

  5. 5

    For the sauce : Heat the cream on low flame till bubbles starts forming and pour the heated cream onto the cooking chocolate and mix it well till the chocolate melts.

  6. 6

    Pour the sauce over the cake and serve. (I made two small cakes using the above recipe. Placed one cake on top of the other with the sauce poured in between and refrigerated this for around 30 minutes. And then poured the rest of the sauce on top this.)
