Steps

Grind the garlic, cashews and black peppers into a fine paste. Add a little water if required and set aside.

In a frying pan, add the oil then the cumin seeds and allow it to crackle. Now add the cinnamon stick and onions and sauté till they turn golden brown.

Add the cashew garlic paste to the onions and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the green,red capsicum and corn along with the required amount of salt and the garam masala. Cook this mixture for a couple of minutes until the veggies cook slightly. (Do not over cook the capsicum)

Now add the rice to the pan and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavour combine with the rice.

Note : when you cook the rice, ensure that you cook it nice a fluffy and that each rice grain is separate and not clumpy. Add a little less water than usual when you cook the rice.
