In a pressure cooker mix together the beef,coconut,1 tsp Chilli powder,turmeric,Corriander,salt and vinegar.Pressure cook this till done.

Meanwhile saute the chopped onions and curry leaves in 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan. Add crushed ginger and garlic and the slitted green chillies & saute.

When this starts to brown add the remaining 1tsp Chilli powder and saute for a minute at medium heat. Add the stock of the cooked beef to this & cook till all the water dries up.

Now add the cooked beef and coconut slices to this.add the pepper and garamasala and cook at medium heat,stirring occasionally and adding oil 1 tsp at a time till nicely browned.
