  1. 1 1 1/2 kgChicken
  2. 3 tspschilly powder heap
  3. 3 tspsCoriander powder heap
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 200 gmonion Big
  6. 3Ginger garlic paste talk
  7. 5 noGreenchilly .
  8. 3 nosTomato
  9. 2 nosEgg (boiled)
  10. 3 tbsSoyasauce
  11. 4 tbsLime juice
  12. 2 tspsChicken masala

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin and giblets  of the chicken.

    Clean inside and outside well and make 5 slashes on each side of the chicken

  3. 3

    Pour 2tabs of  lime juice  over the chicken  and keep aside for some  time for removing the smell.

    After 20 minutes wash the chicken well.

    In a small bowl mix 2 tsp heap chilly powder

  6. 6

    1/2tsp turmeric powder, salt and 1 tabs lime juice. Marinate the  chicken  with this paste for 1 hour.

    Heat 1 cup coconut oil in  a round bottomed 6 inch height  pan. Put the marinated chicken in this  in high flame  fry all sides for some time then reduce the flame and turn the chicken  in between, fry all sides well.

    Heat 3 tbs oil  in a  pan add chopped onion and green chillies, saute well. Then add ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder1tsp chilly powder1 tsp coriander powder and chopped tomato. Saute well till oil seperates and became fine paste.

    Make slashes on the boiled egg and apply  little above made masala.

    Apply little masala inside the chicken.

    Keep the eggs inside the chicken  and tie the two legs using thread.

    Heat soya sauce in a pan and  again put the chicken, turn the chicken  in between  and fry for 20 minutes.

    In a pan heat  oil and add the remaining  masala, in a low fire fry the masala for 2 minutes  again put the chicken into it stir well  and turn  the chicken in between and fry it well.
