Fried Eggs with Garlic Mushroom

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan

Clean and slice 100 gm mushrooms

Chop 3 cloves of Garlic

Slice half an onion
- 5
Add the Garlic to the oil and stir until slightly browned
- 6
Add the sliced Onions and cook for a minute
- 7
Add the sliced mushroom and salt and stir
- 8
Cook covered for 4 min on low heat stirring occasionally.

Move the mushrooms to one side of the pan to make space for the eggs. Squeeze the excess oil out of the mushrooms for the eggs. Add 1 tbsp oil if required.

Increase the heat to max and crack the eggs and add to the pan when the oil is hot

Add a pinch of salt + chilli powder and pepper over the eggs

Cook until the edges of the eggs are crisp

Transfer to plate and eat immediately with toast and butter
