Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsMinced Pork
  2. 1 cupHoly basil leaves
  3. 3 cloveChopped Garlic
  4. 1as needed Thai Chili
  5. 1 mediumSliced Onions
  6. 1 cupChopped Carrots
  7. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  8. 3 tbspOyster Sauce
  9. 1 tbspSugar
  10. 1as needed Pepper
  11. 2 tbspCooking Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan on medium. Add cooking oil and chopped garlic. Stir fried until garlic smell.

  2. 2

    Add minced pork , soy sauce , sugar , pepper. Stir-fried until minced pork done.

  3. 3

    Add Thai chili , onions , carrots or any vegetable that you like. Stir fried until all well cooked.

  4. 4

    Add oyster sauce and holy basil. Stir quickly and turn off the stove. Ready to serve with some rice.
