Ingredients

  • Two 7 ouncesVermicelli Noodles La Moderna -    packets
  • 8Tomatoes Roma
  • halfOnion
  • 3 clovesGarlic
  • 2 cansTomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsTomato Knorr Bullion
  • 2Vegetable Broth boxes
  • PinchSalt

  1. 1

    Chop onion and cook in olive oil, add chopped tomatoes and peeled garlic cloves until onions are translucent.

  2. 2

    Blend tomatoes, onions and garlic with one box of vegetable broth. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Use sautéing pan and a soup pot to brown the noodles in butter or olive oil. It is important to use two pans in order to make sure the noodles brown evenly.

  4. 4

    Combine all noodles in the sauce pot and add the blended tomatoes, 2 cans of tomato sauce, 2 cubes of tomato bullion and maybe more water since the noddles will expand.

  5. 5

    If the broth tastes good and the noodles are soft, remove from heat immediately and serve with lime.

what if I have the tomato bouillon and Unions and I don’t have tomatoes what can I make the perfect soup with this ingredients?
