Steps

Heat oil in a pan,flutter fennel,cloves,cinamon,cardomom,let the spices smell reach then add onion and ginger garlic and saute well.

Then add tomato and tumeric powder,chill powder and saute well let the raw smell went of.

Add salt,capsicum,soya and tomato sauce and saute well add briyani masala.

After 2 min add 1 cup water and add pieces of cauliflower mix well the gravy and let it boil for 15 minutes.

After the cauliflower cooks,off the stove and add coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti and rice goes well withit.

Not too spicy,easy simple digest well for children and granny's.
