  • Mutton (250 grams)
  • Ginger (a piece)
  • Tomato (1 pc)
  • Black Pepper (whole) (2-3)
  • Salt (as per requirement)
  • Coriander leaves (2 tbsp)
  • Onion (1 medium sliced)
  • Garlic (2-3 pc)
  • Cumin seeds (zeera) (1 tsp)
  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi powder) (1/2 tsp)
  • Water (1 glass)

    In a vessel, put all the above ingredients and let it cook till the mutton becomes tender.

  2. 2

    It is advisable to cook this in a pressure cooker, with 2-3 whistles.
