Steps

Chop the veggies finely (cabbage, carrot, capsicum). in another plate smash potatoes, add beetroot, chopped coriander leaves and all the dry masalas/ingredients. mix well.

Make tikkis and keep it in the fridge for 10 mins. take a bowl add hung curd, 🍅 ketchup and tandoori mayo. mix well. and in the chopped veggies add salt, chaat masala.

Now in another plate take rajgira aata, potatoes and salt and make a dough and keep it aside.

Now take a tawa, spread oil and coat the tikkis in the rawa and shallow fry the tikkis till golden brown. now take another tawa and roll the ball and roast on both sides applying oil.

Now take the rajgira roti, place the tikkis, cheese, chopped veggies and the prepared sauce.

Once ready serve it with the made sauce.
