Rajgira Farali Puri
Steps

Take the rajgira flour in a bowl. Add roasted crushed peanut powder.

Mix properly. Then add sesame seeds.

Then add green chili, ginger paste. Add 1 tsp rock salt.

Add black pepper powder & oil for moyan mix it well

Add curd, chopped green coriander.

Mix properly. Now add boiled & grated potato.

Mix all ingredients and knead dough without water. Knead dough for 3 minutes. Heat oil in a Kadai.

Now make small ball sized dough. Dust rajgira flour on pin board. Roll puri gently.

Now fry puri on medium heat for 2 minutes. It turns golden brown. Fry all puris like this.

Remove from the oil. And serve hot with farali potato sabji. It's very delicious dish during fasting.

Enjoy on every fast or vrat.
