Brown Rice Balls

In a bowl take cooked brown rice, boiled potato, rice flour, all vegetables and salt. Mix all ingredients and make balls.

Then coat with rava and deep or shallow fry as you wish.

Now in a pan add little bit oil. Then add finely chopped garlic. Saute for 1 seconds add rose harissa paste and chilli oil. Then add balls just saute for 1-2 minutes.

This plate I served brown rice balls with raita and salad.
