Sift jowar and bajra flour together. Add salt to taste.Gradually add warm water and knead into a medium-firm dough.

Knead the dough with your palms for 2-3 minutes until smooth and slightly glossy.Take a large portion of dough and shape into a ball.

Flatten the dough ball into a roti using your hands, or use a rolling pin with dry flour if preferred.

Cook on a hot tawa, flipping to cook both sides evenly.

Repeat for all rotis. Brush with ghee and serve hot.
Tips
Knead the dough well to ensure it doesn't crack while rolling. Use a little flour for dusting if needed.
