  3. 50 gmsSugar powdered
  4. 1/3 teasespoonBaking powder
  5. pinchAmmonium bicarbonate   a
  6. 50 gmscoconut Desiccate

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 deg.

  2. 2

    Sieve the flour baking powder and ammonium

  3. 3

    Cream fat and sugar

  4. 4

    Add flour coconut and mix with fingers to form a dough

  5. 5

    Take a small portion of mix and make lemon size balls

  6. 6

    Arrange the balls over a dusted baking tray

  7. 7

    Bake the cookies at 180 for 15 mnts or lightly toasted

  8. 8

    Arrange the cookies on wire rack to cool
