  • 100 gmsAll purpose flour
  • 75 gmsButter (unsalted)
  • pinchBaking powder a
  • pinchAmmonium bicarbonate a
  • 50 gmsSugar powdered

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 180 deg

  2. 2

    Sieve the flour with baking powder and ammonium

  3. 3

    Cream the butter and sugar

  4. 4

    Add flour and combine with fingers to form a nice dough

  5. 5

    Make lemon  size balls. press little and center and arrange over baking tray

  6. 6

    Bake the biscuits at 180 deg to minutes
