This classic antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper is an all time favorite. By adding a few basil leaves just elevates the already simple and yet tasty dish.

Cut the baguette into bite size pieces, cutting them diagonally gives them more surface area.

Toast the baguettes over a pan or in the oven until a lovely golden brown crust appears.

Take out the baguette pieces and rub garlic over them.
- 4
Cut cherry tomatoes very fine and spread them over the garlic rubbed baguette pieces.
- 5
Finally before having them scatter finely chopped basil leaves over, drizzle with Olive oil and have immediately.
