Soak rice in 3 cups of water for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add ghee to it.

Then, add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, briyani leaves, onion, tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, chicken, crushed ginger & garlic paste.

Also, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, aniseed powder and salt. Fry well (approximately for 20 minutes).

Now, add soaked rice to it. Finally, add curd along with lemon.

Cover the pan and cook until rice is done. It would approximately take 10 minutes.

Stir it well before serving !!!
