Boil pasta following instructions from box in plenty of salted water.

Heat a large pan and heat the olive oil and sofrito, while seasoning the beef with adobo and granulated garlic and italian seasoning. Then stir in and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add the sazon and the sauce and let it simmer for a while.

When the meat is all done mix in the ziti pasta. And serve right away, top it with the ricotta, pizza blend and parmesan cheese and the green onions. Enjoy!
