Ingredients

  1. 2Mangoes Large Raw
  2. Jaggery -
  3. 1/2 TeaspoonElaichi powder
  4. 1/2 TeaspoonSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel off the skin of raw mangoes and pressure cook the mangoes with 2-3 whistles. (Do it same as you boil potatoes).

    After cooling, take out the pulp of mangoes and throw away the seed of it.

    In this pulp, add jaggery. The quantity of the jaggery should be half that of mango pulp. Note: If the mangoes are more sour, add little more jaggery.

    Add elaichi powder, salt and mix well. Give it some time to rest to dissolve jaggery in the mixture.

    After jaggery is dissolved, blend this mixture well with hand-blender.

    Now fill it in bottle and refrigerate.

    How to serve: In a glass, add half the glass this mixture and add water to fill the glass. Mix well. Add ice if needed. Serve chilled.
