Half boil Aloo and Grate keep it aside.

Add Soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, salt, maida and corn flour. Mix it together and make a small size ball like gulab jamun. Deep fry it in oil and keep it aside.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a minute. Add Capsicum, cabbage saute for two to three minutes.

Add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vineger, tomato sauce, ajinomoto, corn flour and salt saute for 2 minutes.

Finely add fried Aloo and mix it together, garnish with coriander and spring onion. Serve hot.
