Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets.Boil water in a pan adding some salt.Put the cauliflower florets into to the water.Let it sit for 5 mints.Drain water and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add fennel seeds and urad dal.Let the urad dal become light brown.Add crushed garlic and green chilli.

Saute till the roasted comes.The add chopped onion and curry leaves.Saute till the onion changes colour to light brown.No add turmeric powder and pepper powder.Saute well.

Now add in the cauliflower florets,add enough salt and mix everything well.Lower the flame,cover and cook for 5-7 mints.Don't overcook the cauliflower florets.They should remian crunchy.

Also don't add water to cook them.
