Ingredients

  1. 1/2lemon rind only
  2. 2 tbsphoney
  3. 250 mlboiling water

  1. 1

    Add the rind and honey in a mug.

    Stir in the boiling water.

    Place a saucer over the mug to keep the steam in and let the flavours mix together for 3-5 minutes.

    You can have the tea with the rind left in or if you prefer remove it from the mug. Enjoy.
