  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • 2 cupspotato Mashed
  • 1 1 tbspsCoriander powder
  • 1 TspCumin powder
  • 1/4 TspGreen chili
  • 1/4 TspGinger paste
  • 1/4 TspGarlic paste
  • 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  • 1 TbspCoriander leaves
  • 3 TbspsGhee
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl add in all the ingredient to make dough

  2. 2

    Take a smll portion of the dough

  3. 3

    Roll between the palm 

  4. 4

    Make small chapati

  5. 5

    Heat the pan place parathas and cook both the sides 

  6. 6

    Serve with raita
