Steps

Roast the besan in a pan on low flame with continuous stirring so that it's evenly cooked and not burnt. This would take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Melt the ghee and keep aside. Roast the raisins and cashew in the ghee.

Add the melted ghee and continue roasting the besan for 5-8 more minutes with constant stirring until the mixture releases a flavorful aroma.

The mixture will start releasing ghee.

Turn off the heat and add sugar.

Add the powdered cardamom.

Stir well so that no lumps are formed.

Make lemon sized balls and store them in air tight container.
