Ingredients

  1. 500 gmschicken breast boneless (cut into small cubes)
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspchilly sauce
  5. 1 tspchilli kashmiri pwr (for color)
  6. 2 - 3 tspscornflour
  7. 1 tblspsoy sauce
  8. 2 tblspstomato ketchup
  9. 1 tspwhite vinegar
  10. 1/2 tspPepper garlic powder 4
  11. 1/2 1capsicum big (cut into big cubes) cuponion sliced long
  12. 1 - 2green chillies
  13. green onion for garnish
  14. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken pieces in egg,  salt,  red chilly pwdr, 1tsp soy sauce, 1tsp Tomato sauce and 2 tsp cornflour. Mix well and keep for 2 hrs.

    Heat oil for frying and fry the chicken pieces. (Don't over fry - chicken will get hard.) Take them out on a paper tissue.

    In a separate pan heat 2 tblsp oil and add garlic,Fry till golden color and then add sliced big onion and capsicum cubes and cut green chillies. Stir fry on high flame for 2 -3 minutes. The vegetables should be crunchy. (Don't over cook)

    Add rest of chilly sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and white vinegar. And 2 tsp water and mix well

    Now add fried Chicken and Mix well.

    Serve with Rice or Roti
