Left for my grocery shopping early today, had to buy veggies and needed to decide on the salad recipe for today. With so many ideas going on in my mind I was not able to pick the right one; until I spotted some watermelons!
Ok .. got it!
I knew what I was going to make today, a super simple and tasty watermelon and cucumber salad.. Yes the combination is good.
Since the recipe is super simple I thought I would get a bit creative, so cut out some cute shapes of the  watermelon with my cookie cutters :))
