  • 25Chicken Pieces of Boneless (Cleaned & Diced)
  • 1Lemon
  • 2 TablespoonsKashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1 1/2 TeaspoonsGaram Masala
  • 3 TablespoonsGinger Garlic - Paste
  • 2 TablespoonsBesan
  • 1Egg
  • 7 - 10Curry Leaves (Small Pieces)
  • - 3 DropsRed Color (Optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add to chicken all the ingredients.(I didn't use Red Color)

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken well and keep it aside for 3 hours.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till its done.
