  1. 4 tspsweet basil seeds
  2. glassapprox
  3. 2 cupscubed watermelon
  4. 1small red tomato chopped
  5. Steamed Half a beet (optional)
  6. 1freshly squeezed blood orange (very high in antioxidant) (optional - I have used)
  7. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  8. 2 tspfreshly squeezed lemon
  9. Pinchcayenne pepper/red mirch powder - for the kick (optional)
  10. 1 tspgrounded fennel (optional)
  11. 1 tspbalsamic vinegar (optional)
  12. 6-7 sprigsfresh mint leaves
  13. to tasteRock salt
  14. 1 tspfreshly grated ginger
  15. 1 tbspFinely chopped cucumber - for the crunch

    Soak sweet basil seeds in 4 tbsp warm water. Keep aside.It will swell up in 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile Except sabja/ sweet basil seeds,grind everything together in a blender until smooth. Taste test and make adjustments if needed. Sieve it if you wish.. Chill for few hours if desired or enjoy immediately.

  3. 3

    Scoop some soaked basil seeds in the glasses.. Then slowly pour soup on top.Just before serving,add some chopped cucumber
