Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  2. 3TBPs light brown sugar
  3. 3TBPs distilled White vinegar
  4. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 tspseasoned salt
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic Pepper seasoning
  7. 1/2 cuplemon juice
  8. 1 lbpork tenderloin, cut into 2inch pieces skewers
  9. 4Medium sweet onions
  10. 3medium Belle Pepper,seeded and cut into cubes
  11. 4tomatoes,sliced

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium bowl,mix soy sauce,light brown sugar, distilled vinegar, garlic powder,seasoned salt and lemon juice.Reserved about half of this marinade for basting. Place the pork and vegetables in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for 8hrs.

    Preheat the grill for high heat. Tread the onion, Belle Pepper,tomatoes and pork onto skewers in an alternate fashion.

    Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook kebabs on the prepared grill for 9mins or desired doneness.Baste frequently with reserved marinade during last 5mins of cooking.
