Corn Chaat / Cheese Corn Chaat

Take all needed ingredients.

Cut sweet corn into two pieces. Boil in water with 1 tbsp salt for 30 minutes.

Cool, then remove kernels from the cob.

Heat butter in a pan, add corn and sauté for 1 minute.

Add onion, tomato, cucumber and sauté briefly.

Add chili powder, chaat masala, pepper, salt, and coriander leaves. Sauté for 1 minute.

Transfer half to a bowl, squeeze half a lemon, and serve hot.

To the rest in the pan, add cheese slice, sauté until melted, then serve hot.
Tips
You can adjust the size of the diced onion and tomato according to your preference.
