Green Chillies Egg Butter Masala

Pick boiled eggs with fork and lightly saute them in a pan with 1tsp butter,a pinch of turmeric powder and chilli powder until golden set aside.

In the same pan saute onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, and tomatoes with a splash of water until soft and mushy.Let the mixture cool completely,then blend it into a smooth paste.Melt remaining butter in the pan.Add chilli powder and turmeric powder (blooming then in butter gives a vibrant colour)then pour in the blended paste.Add water to adjust thickness,then stir fresh cream.Gently drop in the fried eggs and simmer for 5minutes until the eggs absorb the flavours.

Green chillies egg butter masala is ready.Garnish with green chillies and tomato flower.
