Heat the oven to 375

Line an 8x8 square pan with foil hanging over the edges

Brush some of the melted butter on the foil

Stir the rest of the butter with crumbs, sugar, and salt

Press on to the bottom of the pan

Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes

Put the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 2 minutes

Stir and heat for 2 more minutes, until melted

Stir together sugars, vanilla, and salt into the chocolate

Add eggs and beat with a hand mixer to make a thick, glossy batter

Fold in flour until just incorporated

Pour batter on top of the crust

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 40-45 minutes

Cut up Brownies and place a few mini marshmallows on top of each

Torch until slightly browned
