Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef (or chicken)
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 TBSgochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 TBSroasted sesame oil
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 tspfresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cupcooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cupshredded carrots
  • 1/2 cupcucumber slices
  • 2green onions, sliced
  • 1 TBSroasted sesame seeds
  • 1fried egg
  • Kimchi (optional)

    Saute the beef

  2. 2

    Add the next five ingredients and simmer

  3. 3

    Top with remaining ingredients and serve over rice

  4. 4

    Top with fried egg
