Chopped the onion,capsicum and carrot into chopper. It save the time. Take all ingredients together. In a grinding jar add leftover dal, rice, suji, besan, green Chilli and ginger garlic paste. Grind it and make a smooth batter.

Transfer the batter in a mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves. Mix it. Add red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix again. Cover and Leave it for ten minutes.

Now take the batter add water and make a pouring consistency batter. If the batter looks more thick you can add 2 tbsp water. In a pan or iron tawa drizzle some oil. pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the tawa and spread it gently in a circular motion to form a pancake.

Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges. Cover and Cook on medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes until the bottom turns golden and crisp.flip and cook again for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with cup of tea and ketchup or your favourite dip.
Tips
Adding suji make it more crispy and besan give a binding consistency.
