On your gas,set the pot on it,add little water,heat water for 5min,i Wash my yam pearl it and slices it into a bowl,add water washed my pearl sliced yam,pour it in my heat water add maggi,salt,crawfish, cover it for15min,after that I removed the cooked yam,pounded it,I now wash my crocker fish in the source allowed it to boiled add the pounded yam,cover my pot for20min,after that I add oziza leaf stir it,my white soup is ready I turnoff the gas.enjoyed hot
