Cut the lady finger vertically into half and then further into halves. Now cut horizontally into halves.

In a karahi, heat oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allow to splutter.

Add in the lady finger along with onions.

Add salt, coriander powder and red chilli powder, cook cover for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Uncover, add achari masala, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve hot with roti or parathas.
