Peel and wash the potatoes

Cut the big size potatoes to give all potatoes similar sizes

Boil and remove from the heat if it has cooked before it start mashing...add salt

Leave them to cool

Deep in tumeric solution to give them color

Then deep in hot oil

When it turns,remove from the oil

Repeat the same procedure till all potatoes are cooked

Serve while hot
