Yoghurt Flatbread

This bread is great for having with your curries, much better than your shop bought nan bread!
Plus this is so simply and easy to make! You can add in your own herbs and spices to give it a slight twist.

Shape the dough into an inch, thick disk and split into 8. Roll each bit into a ball.
- 3
Heat pan. Roll out one of the small dough balls into 1/2 cm thick disk.
- 4
Pop the disk into the pan and flip when bubbles start popping up and a little bit of steam comes up from underneath. When flipped wait for 30 secs and transfer onto a plate.
