Stewed Beef Meat
I love meat, maybe its because i am a Luhya, i enjoy it especially when I cook it my self.
Cooking Instructions

First wash and cut the beef into small or medium size peices.

Put to boil with salt in it Boil till water has dried up

In another pan, fry the chopped onions until slightly brown.

Then add the garlic and ginger and cook until a sweet aroma os produced. Then add tomatoes and cook until soft
- 5
Add the boiled meat. Then stir and allow to cook for one minute while dissolving rocyo in 5 mls of water. Then add to the stewed Beef.

Allow to cook then add a little water for the stew.
- 7
Serve with Ugali and kale
