Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupspasta uncooked
  2. 1 Cupchicken shawerma , frozen , thawed
  3. 1/2 Cupmushroom canned , sliced
  4. 1/2 Cupcorn canned kernels
  5. 1/4 Teaspoonchilli flakes
  6. 1 Teaspoongarlic , finely chopped
  7. as requiredolive oil ,
  8. To Tastesalt

    Thaw the frozen shawerma well, bring it to room temperature.

  2. 2

    Prepare the pasta as per package directions, and cook till al-dente.

  3. 3

    Drain the pasta, set aside.

  4. 4

    While the pasta is cooking, hrat the oilve oil in a non-stick dish.

  5. 5

    Add the garlic and chilli flakes, and cook for about 10 - 15 seconds.

  6. 6

    Add the shawerma meat, and stir it well. reduce the heat and cook covered for about 10 minutes (checking in between) till about 3/4th done.

  7. 7

    Add the mushroom and corn, and stir well. cook another 5 minutes till shawerma and vegetables are cooked.

  8. 8

    Add the drained pasta and toos everything together.

  9. 9

    Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Hey! I'm a super busy mommy to 3 year old mixed gender twins. I guess that's enough said about the amount of time i get to spend cooking :). Most of the food I cook is about saving time, but not compromising on flavour. My biggest supporter is my hubby, who loves trying out new recipes and experimenting with different flavours.
