Ingredients

  • , 1 TinMilkmaid
  • 2Oranges , Juice Of
  • 2Lemons , Juice Of
  • 4Orange , Segments
  • 1 TeaspoonOrange , Shredded Rinds Of
  • 2 TablespoonsGelatin powder
  • 1 CupMilk , cold
  • 1 CupCream
  • 1 TablespoonSugar , Powdered
  • 1/2 CupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve gelatin in water on a low flame until it is dissolved. Keep this aside.

  2. 2

    Mix together milk, condensed milk, juices and blend well.

  3. 3

    Add soaked gelatin to this. Mix well again.

  4. 4

    Now add the cut orange segments and shredded orange rinds to the mixture. You can add more segments according to your taste and needs.

  5. 5

    In another bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar.

  6. 6

    Add the cream to orange mixture and pour this into a serving dish.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate till the souffle is set. Garnish with orange segments and serve chilled.
