Honeycomb Bread with Chocolate Filling

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, powdered milk, and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon or spatula. Add the yogurt, oil, and water, then mix and knead well. If the dough needs more flour, add it gradually as needed. Knead for 3 to 4 minutes until the dough is soft and smooth.

Place the dough in a deep bowl lightly greased with oil. Cover with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.

Grease a baking pan with oil and dust with flour, or line it with parchment paper.

Divide the dough into small balls. Place a small piece of chocolate inside each ball, seal well, and arrange them close together in the pan. Cover and let them rise again until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the rolls with the beaten egg and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Brush the rolls with the cold sugar syrup, then sprinkle with grated chocolate for decoration.
