Put 500ml water in a sufuria and let it boil. Add the rice and 3tbs cooking oil and 1/2tsp salt.Stir then cover partially.let it cook at low heat.

As the water reduces cover fully for 10 minutes.Dice the ingredients as you wait

In another sufuria containing the liver chop it and wash thoroughly. Add 1 cup water and 1/4tsp salt then turn n heat at medium. Cover the sufuria and let the liver boil for 15 minutes.

After the liver is cooked drain any excess stock. Add 3tbs cooking oil and the onions and stir for 2 minutes as the onions cook.

Add the tomatoes add stir then cover for 2minutes for the tomatoes to soften.

Uncover then stir as you crash the tomatoes then add the liver stock if any or add 120ml water. Add 1/2tsp royco and stir for 2 minutes as the liver cooks then turn off heat and serve
