Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 4 cupswater
  • 1onion
  • 15 gcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion and put in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil,don't let the onion to turn in color

  3. 3

    Add rice and mix using a wooden stick, season with salt

  4. 4

    Add water and let the water to start boiling

  5. 5

    When it is 1/2 cooked cook in a moderate heat till all water dries

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
