  1. 2gls Rice
  2. 5gls water
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 1large onion
  5. 1 tbspcooking oil
  6. 1capsicum(optional)
  7. 1spn Royco cubes
  8. to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Chop the onions and the tomatoes and set aside

    A picture of step 1 of Vegetable Rice.

    Place oil in cooking pan and add the onions fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and cover. Stir.

  4. 4

    Add the water and royco, allow to boil. Add the salt

  5. 5

    Add the rice and cover. Serve hot
